Mental Health:
Steps to Wellbeing - A free service supporting you to manage stress, anxiety and improve wellbeing. Support via individual coaching sessions, group sessions, access to online resources.

eGrow - Mutual support online - eGrow meetings are designed for Australians who can't attend a physical Grow group. Aims to help you recover your mental health and achieve your personal goals.

Grow - Mental Wellness Mutual Support Groups - Thursdays at 7pm. New group in Ferntree Gully. Free! No referral or diagnosis needed. Just come along! 

General sport and fitness:
Sport for Fun - What's new in 2019 - Inviting children aged 8 to 18 years to this inclusive, fun and affordable weekly sport skills program. Insportz Knox, 108 Lewis Rd, Wantirna South. Teen ASD Social Group - for ages 13-18 - Third Sunday of the month, 5-8pm, Club Kilsyth, Cnr Canterbury Rd and Colchester Rd, Kilsyth. This group is for teens with high functioning Autism (ASD) and it is a great opportunity to eat out and meet new friends who have similar interests. The aim is to support teens with ASD in social settings.

Pop Culture Conversation Club - Every first Friday of the month, 5pm. Realm Libary, Ringwood Town Square, 179 Maroondah Hwy, Ringwood.  Love talking about Marvel’s cinematic universe, want to debate Harry Potter fan theories, or chatting all things Star Wars, Pokemon, Dr Who and anything else you might be passionate about? Carers Victoria has released a guide offering practical advice and support on how to achieve the best possible outcomes for both the person being cared for and for carers. 1800Respect App for Women with Disability - Designed by women with disability and 1800RESPECT, Sunny is a free new app that supports women with disability to understand sexual assault, domestic and family violence, know their rights and reach out for support.
